It is founded upon observance of contracts and laws, and adopts the OL Mission and Values Charter as a guidance for assuring good faith and collaboration in all transactions.
The Ethics Code is intended as a tool for averting potentially irresponsible or illicit behaviour by those acting in the company's name or on its behalf.
The Ethics Code is therefore an integral part of the organisation's governance framework.

The Ethics Code sets out the ethical standards of behaviour that Obiettivo Lavoro offers to and requires from stakeholders.
- The governance bodies, employees, consultants, external personnel and suppliers of OL are subject to the Ethics Code, and accordingly required to fully comply with its rules and conditions.
- Their full observance of the Ethics Code, in their day-to-day actions, assures the social quality of Obiettivo Lavoro's operations, the full credibility of its processes, and the continuity of the value chain aimed at affirming the centrality of individuals, in full entitlement of their rights, on the employment market.
- To clients, competitors, public administration bodies and the community, the OL Ethics Code offers a style and manner of working and relating that endorses the social relevance of their activities, respects their autonomy and mission, and creates the conditions for a collaboration pact capable of generating new shared value.
- Personal development: we discover the worth and abilities of each worker, and endeavour to fulfil and develop them, thereby helping to enhance each individual's dignity through work.
- Individual responsibility: we foster an awareness of the professional and entrepreneurial role of all employees, for producing benefits to society and to stakeholders.
- Awareness: we always bear in mind that our activities concern employment--that is to say the factor which embodies a person's social and individual dignity.
- Transparency: we structure relations in a clear and comprehensible manner, in full observance of the laws and regulations in force, and with particular attention to the labour legislation.
- Impartiality: we guarantee equal opportunities in all dealings with internal or external personnel, building relationships founded upon reciprocal respect, solidarity and merit.
- Integrity in business: we adopt and promote an ethical approach to business, built upon respect for individuals, freedom of initiative, and regulated competition.
