The Obiettivo Lavoro Group

Obiettivo Lavoro was originally established as a cooperative company on 22 July 1997, through a joint undertaking involving the principal social economy organisations. On 1 April 2003, Obiettivo Lavoro was converted into a public limited company.   Over the years, a group structure was progressively built up  through the opening of a series of companies wholly controlled by Obiettivo Lavoro Spa, assigned to cover specific segments or geographical areas, and fully aligned with the parent company's "core business" of operating as a generalist recruitment agency.
