Obiettivo Lavoro operates abroad in full accordance with its values and service precepts.

Quality of service and social responsibility are assured through the following principles:

• Companies, branches and workers are part of our Group.
• We collaborate with various institutional actors:embassies, consulates, national governments, universities and research institutes, non governmental organisations.
• We do not maintain any functional relations with local private operators.

In this way, we are able to guarantee our rigorous standards also in any country outside Italy.

We offer three distinct lines of service:

We work with Italian companies that invest abroad,supporting their start-ups, assisting in the day-to-day running of their production facilities.

In the same way, we assist local firms with their operations in their own country.

We assure a supply of workers to meet the needs of the Italian market, overseeing every stage of the process: recruitment, selection, training (including language instruction), journey to Italy, housing, integration initiatives and support for daily life.

In 2010, Obiettivo Lavoro operated, through its companies, in the following countries:

• Romania: OL Romania, company authorised by the Romanian Labour Ministry for local and international recruitment and selection, and for local staff leasing; maintains contacts with the Italian Embassy in Bucharest.
• Poland: OL Polska, company authorised by the Polish Labour Ministry for local and international selection and recruitment, and for local staff leasing.
• Brazil: OL do Brazil, with headquarters in Sao Paulo, has signed agreements with the University of Itajal (Santa Catarina) and with other Universities, and maintains contacts with the General Consulate of Italy in Rio de Janeiro.
• Perù, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador: OL Perù, OL Los Andes. In these countries, the OL Group companies have a significant presence on the local employment market. OL Perù has offices in Lima and Arequipa, and branches in Ilo, Chimbote, Piura, Trujillo and Chiclayo. There are also branches in Bolivia (La Paz) and Ecuador(Quito). It is a continually expanding network, at the service of workers and employers. OL Perù and OL Los Andes have signed agreements and conventions with the government institutions of the different regions and with various universities in both Perù and Ecuador.

Obiettivo Lavoro undertakes recruitment and selection of personnel for deployment in Italy and also in other countries, through agreements with institutional partners.

• Bosnia: Contacts with the Labour Ministry and with the provincial Job Centres, in agreement with Veneto Lavoro.
• Ukraine: Agreement with the Kiev Youth Centre, a training and employment centre operated by the Ukraine Labour Ministry.
